Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes to U.S. Indices
Solera Holdings Inc. (SLH) will replace Metavante Technologies Inc. (MV) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Thursday, October 1. Metavante Technologies is being acquired by S&P 500 constituent Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date. EZCORP Inc. (EZPW) will replace SPSS Inc. (SPSS) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on a date to be announced
