S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Atmos Energy (ATO)
will replace Sepracor Inc. (SEPR) in the S&P MidCap 400, and Monro
Muffler Brake Inc. (MNRO) will replace Atmos Energy in the S&P
SmallCap 600. Sepracor is being acquired by Dainippon Sumitomo
Pharma Co. Ltd. in a deal expected to be completed on or about that
